Our fridge wasn't staying cold, so we called B&B, Simon arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem pretty quickly, had the part that needed to be replaced with him, and replaced it quickly.

He said he'd return the next day to guarantee that the fridge was staying cold and ensure that problem was solved, ...it was working perfectly, then charged me a very reasonable rate.

Contractors are a different breed. We all know it. Doubling your time and money has become standard. Not with Simon. He came in with a low price and got the job done in 30 minutes. Even told me to hold off on paying him until a couple days later when we can confirm the problem was actually fixed. As a business owner who has dealt with many contractors, this is my new go-to guy. Best & Beyond came out to fix my washing machine which I thought was ready to be replaced. It was fixable which saved me hundreds of dollars. They are professional, courteous, and determined to meet customer needs. They are my "go-to" place for any appliance repair.
