Our fridge wasn't staying cold, so we called B&B, Simon arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem pretty quickly, had the part that needed to be replaced with him, and replaced it quickly.

He said he'd return the next day to guarantee that the fridge was staying cold and ensure that problem was solved, ...it was working perfectly, then charged me a very reasonable rate.
